Review the on-day room assignmentReview and manage the room inventoryManage and pre-block the room for special requestHandle the communication channels (including telephone calls, Teams, WhatsApp message, etc.) from other departmentHandle express check outPre-assign the rooms for the future bookingPerform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

Degree / Diploma holder in hotel management or related discipline2 years of relevant experience in hotel is preferredFamiliar with Opera system will be an advantageResult oriented, team player, self-motivated and can work under pressureGood command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
