Front of House Team Member | $14/hr 

Monday - Thursday: 12PM -8PM 

Sunday: 10:30AM - 7:30PM

An established catering company that operates a college cafeteria in Orange City, IA is hiring a Front of House (FOH) Team Member. If you're reliable, friendly, and hard-working, this could be your next great opportunity! As a FOH Team Member, you’ll be part of the Dining Services Department, helping to provide a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for all guests.

Responsibilities:

Sets up, serves, and cleans the dining room as directed. Interact professionally with guests and customers, delivering excellent customer service during all events. Ensures all dishes, utensils, and equipment are clean, returned to their proper place, and stored correctly. Follows and enforces proper lock-up procedures. Provides customer feedback to the Dining Services Supervisor/Director, including compliments and concerns. Assists with weekly and monthly inventories, reports maintenance needs, and requests supplies as needed. Completes additional tasks assigned by the Dining Services Supervisor/Director.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 1 year of food service or catering experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills

Benefits & Pay:
