Are you the kind of server who naturally leads the floor? The one others go to for help, direction, and energy during a rush?

Our Shawnessy location is well esablished and busy. We’re looking for a Server / Supervisor who can seamlessly step between serving guests and leading the team.

This is a hybrid role for someone ready to take the next step in leadership while still loving time on the floor.

What This Role Looks Like

You’ll work a mix of:

Server shifts delivering exceptional guest experiences

Supervisor/Management shifts supporting operations, coaching staff, and running the floor

You are the bridge between the team and management — setting the tone, solving problems, and keeping service smooth when it matters most.

What We’re Looking For

Proven serving experience in a busy restaurant or bar

Natural leader who others respect and follow

Confident decision-maker during high-volume periods

Strong communication and coaching skills

Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure

Passion for hospitality and building guest relationships

Open availability for evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

As a Server:

Deliver outstanding food & beverage service

Build genuine guest connections that create regulars

Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

As a Supervisor:

Lead pre-shifts and support team performance on the floor

Assist with sections, table flow, and service timing

Support new staff training and coaching in the moment

Handle guest concerns professionally and confidently

Work closely with management to keep operations running smoothly
