We’re working with a highly respected architecture firm (80 staff, London HQ) to find a well-spoken, proactive Front of House & Office Coordinator. This is a permanent, fully office-based role in a beautifully designed studio near Oxford Circus.

You’ll be the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring the smooth running of reception, meeting spaces, hospitality, and daily office operations. Working closely with the Operations team, you’ll also support ad hoc travel bookings, event coordination, and internal communications.
