Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Front of House Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while leading and inspiring the FOH team. Your impact will be felt every shift—from the first greeting to the final farewell.

You’ll be:

· Leading by example and coaching in the moment

· Supporting hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management

· Creating memorable guest experiences from start to finish

· Championing Boston Pizza brand standards, hospitality foundations, and food safety
