We are seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be the driving force behind the daily operations of our award-winning F&B venues, ensuring each guest experience reflects the highest standards of excellence, personalization, and luxury. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing restaurants, Schlossbar, See Club, In-room dining, and events operations, while fostering a culture of impeccable service and operational excellence..
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all aspects of the Front Office, ensuring exceptional service delivery and seamless operations.Act as the first point of contact for VIPs and special guests, managing arrivals, departures, and special requests with discretion and excellence.Partner closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, F&B, and Security to deliver a unified and luxurious guest experience.Manage guest feedback and recovery with poise, empathy, and proactive solutions.Continuously coach, mentor, and develop team members to uphold the highest standards of service.Ensure full compliance with brand standards, guest preferences, and LQA/Forbes Travel Guide expectations.Maintain effective cost controls, scheduling, and payroll management in alignment with departmental budgets.Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of front-of-house staff.
