A Day in the Life:
The role involves overseeing front-end operations to ensure efficient, friendly, and safe customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, resolving customer complaints, handling cash flow and register functions, and maintaining store cleanliness and inventory. The position requires flexibility, strong leadership, and the ability to manage emergencies, enforce company policies, and uphold safety and appearance standards. Additionally, the role supports sales initiatives through suggestive selling and serves as a backup cashier when needed.
