Responsibilities

We are seeking a data-driven and process-oriented Front End Revenue Cycle Analyst to support registration and patient financial workflows within hospital operations. This role focuses on analyzing front-end electronic work queues and data within patient accounting platforms to identify variances, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. The analyst will work closely with pre-registration, registration, and scheduling teams to ensure patient data is gathered and processed accurately and efficiently—supporting a seamless patient experience and downstream revenue cycle functions.

Analyze and interpret data from electronic work queues related to pre-registration, registration, and scheduling processesIdentify workflow variances, stoppages, and bottlenecks, and report findings to operational leadershipMonitor data accuracy and timing throughout the registration process to ensure accounts are complete and ready for serviceCollaborate with registration and access teams to recommend process improvements and enhance workflow efficiencyProvide performance reporting and insights to support operational decision-making and accountabilityEnsure completeness of front-end data to support accurate billing and collections downstream
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, patient access, or workflow analysisStrong technical aptitude and analytical skills to evaluate processes and interpret workflow dataProficiency in Excel and Tableau for data analysis and dashboard developmentUnderstanding of work queue management concepts and front-end revenue cycle operations
