**Responsibilities**
We are seeking a data-driven and process-oriented Front End Revenue Cycle Analyst to support registration and patient financial workflows within hospital operations. This role focuses on analyzing front-end electronic work queues and data within patient accounting platforms to identify variances, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. The analyst will work closely with pre-registration, registration, and scheduling teams to ensure patient data is gathered and processed accurately and efficiently—supporting a seamless patient experience and downstream revenue cycle functions.
+ Analyze and interpret data from electronic work queues related to pre-registration, registration, and scheduling processes
+ Identify workflow variances, stoppages, and bottlenecks, and report findings to operational leadership
+ Monitor data accuracy and timing throughout the registration process to ensure accounts are complete and ready for service
+ Collaborate with registration and access teams to recommend process improvements and enhance workflow efficiency
+ Provide performance reporting and insights to support operational decision-making and accountability
+ Ensure completeness of front-end data to support accurate billing and collections downstream
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
**Additional Preferences**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
+ 2+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, patient access, or workflow analysis
+ Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills to evaluate processes and interpret workflow data
+ Proficiency in Excel and Tableau for data analysis and dashboard development
+ Understanding of work queue management concepts and front-end revenue cycle operations
