Description We are looking for a skilled Front End Developer to join our team in Clayton, Missouri. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to build custom WordPress and Webflow marketing websites for tech-focused clients. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in coding from scratch, integrating advanced tools, and creating conversion-driven designs. Responsibilities: • Develop custom WordPress websites, focusing on clean, hand-coded solutions without relying on visual editors. • Build and maintain Webflow-based marketing websites tailored to the needs of cybersecurity and software platform clients. • Implement advanced custom fields and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce and HubSpot. • Design and develop blogs, resource centers, and other marketing features that prioritize user engagement and conversions. • Collaborate within a small, tight-knit team to execute projects with a typical development cycle of 4–6 weeks. • Optimize website functionality using Yoast, form plugins, and other marketing tools. • Write efficient and scalable code using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js. • Participate in hybrid work arrangements, including in-office collaboration on select days and independent coding tasks. • Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of performance, usability, and aesthetics. • Adapt to flexible work hours during project launches while maintaining consistent productivity. Requirements • Proven experience with custom WordPress development and Webflow. • Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, HTML, and CSS. • Familiarity with marketing tools like Yoast and form plugins. • Knowledge of integrating platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot. • Ability to code beyond pre-built editors, showcasing a strong understanding of clean and efficient coding practices. • Experience working with tech-focused clients and delivering conversion-driven designs. • Strong communication and collaboration skills within a team environment. • Self-motivated and adaptable to flexible work arrangements.
