Whether they’re a Cracker Barrel trainee or an out-of-town guest, you will make sure each guest feels cared for. You’ll often be the first and last face our guests see, so a “Pleasing People” attitude is a must. You’ll also take on a few overnight audit shifts each week, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
