Responsibilities

Supervise daily front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiriesLead and motivate front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest services and maintain high standards of hospitalityManage multi-line phone systems, handle reservations, cancellations, and guest requests with professionalism and courtesyOversee night audit operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliationProvide exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and effectivelyEnsure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocolsAssist in training new team members on front desk operations, phone etiquette, and customer service standardsCollaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure smooth hotel operationsMaintain a welcoming environment that promotes guest loyalty and positive reviews

Work Experience

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in resort or hotel settingsStrong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systemsExcellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfactionBilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse guests effectivelyLeadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a teamKnowledge of night audit procedures and guest relations best practicesExceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and professional demeanorAbility to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience working in hospitality or resort environments is advantageous
