The Embassy Suites by Hilton Santa Clara Silicon Valley is looking for a Front Office Supervisor to join the team.

Our Silicon Valley suites with 258 suites are less than two miles from Levi's Stadium. The property is just off the Bayshore Freeway, 10 minutes from the Santa Clara Convention Center and California’s Great America. Palo Alto and downtown San Jose are a 15-minute drive away.

\n\nClassification:  Full-Time.\nShifts:  Full flexibility to include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.\nThe hourly wage:  $25\n\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

\n\nMinimum one year of front desk experience\nOnQ experience\nSchedule flexibility\n\n

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nOversees front desk operations.\nProvides guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent customer service is provided.\nAssigns and instructs team members in details of work.\nMonitors lobby traffic to make staffing adjustments accordingly.\n Resolves customer complaints.\nTrains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.\n\n
