Description A luxury resort in Carlsbad, CA, is seeking a qualified Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the front desk operations during overnight shifts. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in front desk or hotel operations, be highly organized, and demonstrate leadership skills. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred in this role as it involves engaging with a diverse guest base. Key Responsibilities: + Supervise the overnight front desk team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out processes. + Handle escalated guest concerns professionally and provide solutions during the evening hours. + Ensure proper documentation is completed for overnight operations, including shift reports and financial audits. + Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure hotel standards are successfully upheld. + Train and mentor new team members on front desk procedures and customer service best practices. Requirements + 3+ years of experience in a front desk or supervisory role, preferably in hospitality. + Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred to support communication needs. + Solid understanding of hotel management systems and overnight operations. + Excellent conflict resolution skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly. + Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction.
