Job Description: Seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Overnight Front Desk Associate/Night Auditor. As an integral member of our Front Desk department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during the overnight shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with room reservations and ensure accuracy of guest information
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in computer systems and able to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work overnight shifts and have a flexible schedule
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
