• No previous experience in the position required.
• A genuine passion for service and direct interaction with guests.
• Strong problem-solving skills, active listening, empathy, and genuine care.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Full schedule availability (including rotating shifts and days off).
• Ideally (but not required), a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related technical field.
• No previous experience in the position required.
