Description
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a detail-oriented setting. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and creating a welcoming environment for visitors.
Responsibilities:
• Greet clients, visitors, and employees with courtesy and ensure they are directed appropriately.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications to provide accurate information and assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area to create a positive impression.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
• Assist with distributing mail and packages to the appropriate departments.
• Provide support to team members and management by coordinating daily operations.
• Monitor and address any issues related to front desk equipment or supplies.
• Serve as a liaison between visitors and internal teams to facilitate communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to front desk operations.
Requirements • Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a detail-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to maintain a welcoming and detail-oriented demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges efficiently.
