Job Description 

The Front Desk Coordinator is a dynamic and multifaceted role designed to provide exceptional support to associates and visitors at the Global Home Office. This position emphasizes a commitment to excellent customer service, ensuring that associates and visitors receive timely and effective assistance while being a security presence and providing administrative support.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

Greet, check-in, and assist all associates and visitors at the Global Home Office.Contributes to Security team objectives by accomplishing related tasks and goals as assigned.Contributes to access control measures by providing guidance to visitors at check-in and departure.Prioritize and manage projects and follow through with issues and deadlines in a timely manner.Answers phones and directs all incoming calls in a professional way, promptly and efficiently.Follows up on all voicemails left for the company and associates.Assists with communications and event needs of the department.Maintains confidentiality for associates, candidates, and visitors at all times.Maintains a safe and clean reception area at all times.Escalates safety and security concerns to Security team and collaborates on resolutions

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Engagement:  Provide quality and professional engagement with associates, vendors, and visitors.  Deliver high-quality customer service that embodies company values.Communication and Coordination:  Act as a liaison between visitors and associates, ensuring timely notification of visitor arrival.Administration:  Provide support to the security team by completing assignment administrative tasks and audits.

What Do You Need To Bring? 

Bachelor’s Degree or related experience  Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Willingness to be flexible to changing demands and respond to feedback. Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced, structured environment. A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the larger team Ability to maintain confidentiality.
