Job Description
Join a dedicated team in a client-facing role where you will provide a warm, empathetic, and customer-centric experience. You will be responsible for setting up and closing the clinic each day, assisting with payment and billing, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients.
Responsibilities
+ Greet and provide exceptional service to clients in a warm, inviting manner.
+ Set up the clinic at the start of the day and ensure a smooth closing at the end of the day.
+ Assist with payment and billing processes.
+ Maintain a professional and solutions-oriented approach to client interactions.
+ Collaborate with a small team in a quiet clinic setting.
Essential Skills
+ 6+ months to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
+ Strong customer service and front desk skills.
+ Exceptional client relationship management abilities.
+ Warm, inviting, and professional demeanor.
+ Solutions-oriented mindset.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. (preferred)
+ Interest in healthcare.
+ Mandarin language skills are a plus.
Work Environment
The position is based in a small, quiet clinic with a dedicated team of 1–2 providers and a total of 5 staff members. The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional flexibility required to cover a weekend day for vacation or sick coverage. The primary location is in Redwood City, with the possibility of occasionally working at the San Francisco location.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
