Front Desk Coordinator
Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Part-time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Princeton, New Jersey. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with courtesy and professionalism. • Answer and direct incoming calls, providing accurate information and transferring calls as needed. • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable at all times. • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and other administrative activities. • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as deliveries. • Assist with basic office tasks, such as data entry and filing. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all front desk operations. • Communicate effectively with various departments to address inquiries and resolve issues. • Prepare and distribute documentation or correspondence as required. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or administrative role. • Proficiency in basic office skills, including data entry and file management. • Strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented approach with excellent customer service skills. • Familiarity with office equipment, such as phones, printers, and scanners. • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
