Front Desk Coordinator
Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment. This is a long-term contract opportunity that requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist visitors and clients with a friendly and attentive demeanor. • Manage a multi-line phone system, including answering, transferring, and taking messages. • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and file organization. • Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff as needed. • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and well-maintained at all times. • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a point of contact for inquiries. • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to create documents, manage communications, and support office operations. • Offer concierge services to assist clients and guests with specific needs. • Maintain strict adherence to attendance and punctuality standards. • Collaborate with team members to support daily office functions and processes. Requirements • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in an office environment requiring attention to detail. • Proficiency in operating a multi-line phone system. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files and data effectively. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Reliable transportation and a commitment to punctuality. • Ability to perform clerical tasks accurately and efficiently. • Strong work ethic and the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
