Description We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will bring an exceptional level of organization, communication, and customer service to our office environment. This role requires someone who thrives in a detail-oriented setting and is committed to reliability and punctuality.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience.
• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and direct them appropriately.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain records in an organized manner.
• Assist in coordinating office operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) to create reports, manage correspondence, and perform other tasks.
• Deliver concierge-style customer service to meet client needs and enhance their experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to reflect the efficiency of the office.
• Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and support broader office functions. Requirements • Previous experience in administrative assistance or a front desk role in an office setting that requires attention to detail.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling customer inquiries.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic to ensure consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Experience with data entry and file organization.
