Description We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Rosemount, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage daily operations.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and detail-oriented manner, providing assistance as needed.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Maintain accurate records through efficient data entry and file organization.
• Provide concierge-style support to clients and staff, addressing inquiries and requests promptly.
• Coordinate office supplies and ensure the reception area remains tidy and well-stocked.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
• Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports and updating records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries with efficiency.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards, ensuring all interactions reflect attention to detail. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative support or front desk coordination.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in data entry and file management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
