Front Desk Coordinator
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. This is a Contract position, offering the opportunity to provide vital administrative support in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. • Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments. • Provide concierge services, such as scheduling appointments and assisting with visitor needs. • Maintain accurate and timely data entry for records, logs, and correspondence. • Organize and file documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval when needed. • Monitor and restock office supplies to maintain a well-equipped workspace. • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for correspondence, reporting, and scheduling tasks. • Collaborate with team members to address administrative and operational needs. • Handle customer service inquiries with efficiency and professionalism, resolving issues promptly. • Ensure the front desk area remains tidy, presentable, and organized at all times. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. • Ability to operate and manage a multi-line phone system. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and filing. • Familiarity with providing concierge or customer service support. • A proactive and detail-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
