Front Desk Coordinator
Description We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to oversee daily operations at our office in Atlanta, Georgia. This contract position plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking and have a proactive approach to maintaining organization. Responsibilities: • Act as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and ensuring a detail-oriented and friendly atmosphere. • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and care. • Coordinate office maintenance and collaborate with vendors to address repair, cleaning, and supply needs. • Organize seating arrangements and oversee room bookings to support efficient use of office space. • Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, ensuring supplies are stocked and readily available. • Assist with planning and executing office events, including catering coordination and room setup. • Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and handling inquiries. • Ensure compliance with office safety protocols and procedures. • Monitor equipment functionality and arrange repairs or replacements as needed. • Support the team with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with visitors and team members. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software. • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or similar role is preferred. • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. • Problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and efficiently. • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service with a focus on precision and reliability.
