Description We are actively searching for a Front Desk Coordinator to be a part of our team in Boston, Massachusetts, 02110, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity where you will be the primary contact for facility service coordination and front desk operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your receptionist duties skills to effectively manage our front desk operations and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Directing the operations of the front desk to ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinating facility services and ensuring the work environment is well-organized
• Handling incoming calls and responding to inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Planning and coordinating meetings and events to ensure successful execution
• Keeping track of space utilization and making necessary arrangements for optimal usage. Requirements • Holds a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education qualification.
• Has prior experience in a similar role, preferably as a Front Desk Coordinator or Receptionist.
• Demonstrates proficiency in Receptionist Duties such as answering phone calls, managing appointments, and greeting visitors.
• Exhibits excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Shows proficiency in using office equipment like fax machines, printers, and copiers.
• Has a solid understanding of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Demonstrates outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibits strong customer service skills and a detail oriented, friendly demeanor.
• Displays high levels of patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Shows the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Possesses a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
