More about youGood interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone.Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures manual.Must be able to multitask, function in a professional manner under pressure from guests and supervisors.
Physical requirementsAbility to walk and stand for long periods of time, as well as bend and climb stairs throughout shifts
