Front Desk Agent – Hilton Arlington Rosslyn at The Key (New Hotel)


Hilton Arlington Rosslyn – The Key has just opened its doors, bringing fresh energy and world-class hospitality to the heart of Rosslyn. Our newly built property features 331 guest rooms, 30,000 sq. ft. of event and meeting space, a lobby bar, a grab-and-go market proudly serving Starbucks coffee, and a third-party restaurant on-site.


We are seeking warm, attentive, and polished Front Desk Agents to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests—setting the tone for a seamless, memorable experience from check-in to departure. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a hotel that reflects the energy and elegance of the Rosslyn neighborhood, operated with care by Dittmar Company.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome all guests with a warm and professional demeanor.Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently while following Hilton brand standards and procedures.Manage guest room assignments, issue keys, and maintain accurate guest records.Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns with thoughtful solutions and clear communication.Handle payment transactions, including cash, credit cards, and folio billing with accuracy and discretion.Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and resolve service issues.Monitor lobby activity and maintain a clean, inviting front desk and guest reception area.Stay knowledgeable about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to assist guests with recommendations and directions.Promote Hilton Honors program and any current property offerings or promotions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel front desk, guest services, or customer-facing role is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presentation.Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to learn property management software (Hilton OnQ experience is a plus).Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and service excellence.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.High school diploma or equivalent required.
