Front Desk Administrator

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing front desk operations and providing essential clerical and administrative support to the office and its partners. This role includes answering phones, greeting visitors, managing deliveries, and maintaining organized filing systems. The assistant will also assemble tax return documents, support document management tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, professional communication skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary office administrator and manage front desk operations.Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners.Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.File and organize documents accurately and efficiently.Assemble and prepare tax return documents.Support partners with administrative tasks as needed.Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area.Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

1+ years of administrative or front desk experience.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general office software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Experience with document management and filing systems.Familiarity with receptionist or secretarial duties in a professional setting.

Work Environment

This position is based in a professional office environment, working onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The role involves regular interaction with clients, partners, and team members in a collaborative and supportive setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00/hr.
