Front Desk Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth daily operations at our financial firm. This role involves front desk management, administrative support, and client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary office administrator, ensuring a well-organized and professional environmentGreet clients and visitors, manage the front desk, and maintain a welcoming reception areaAnswer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional mannerReceive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveriesAssist Partners and team members with administrative tasks and special projectsOrganize and maintain physical and digital filing systemsAssemble and prepare tax return documents for client delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of administrative or front desk experienceStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Outlook and general office softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProfessional demeanor and strong work ethic

Preferred Skills:

Experience in document management and clerical supportFamiliarity with financial or tax-related documentation is a plus

Experience Level:

Intermediate

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
