We’re seeking a dynamic Front Desk/Admin Assistant to be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our offices.
Schedule: 32–40 hours/week (flexible scheduling available)
What You’ll Do:
• \tAnswer phones and schedule appointments
• \tGreet clients and collect necessary documentation
• \tVerify and submit insurance benefits
• \tMaintain and organize client files
• \tManage office supplies and inventor

Qualifications:
• \tTyping speed of 45 WPM (10-finger typist, no peeking!)
• \tProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office software
• \tPrior experience in office administration or related fields
• \tExcellent time management and communication skills
