**Front Desk Admin**
Adecco is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Admin in Deer Park, TX. This position is the first point of contact for guests and team members, playing a key role in creating a professional and welcoming environment. In addition to front desk responsibilities, this role will support administrative functions such as SAP transactions, documentation management, and training recordkeeping.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth
+ Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
+ Provide general information to guests, employees, and callers
+ Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and managing records
+ Support SAP transactions as needed
+ Maintain and update training documentation and attendance records
+ Ensure front desk area is organized, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies
+ Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training a plus
+ Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role
+ Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise software preferred
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Highly organized with attention to detail
+ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
**Schedule:**
+ Full-time position, Temp to hire
+ Monday to Friday 7AM-3PM

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
