Responsible for Research of queries relating to FRM Domain Interact with Authorized Contacts(Inter Teams) in a friendly and courteous manner Maintain professionalism and etiquette driven Should be a quick learner and Follow-up on queries and provide timely resolution Maintain quality and productivity benchmarks Avoid unplanned absenteeism Fulfill requests by completing transactions and forwarding requests Ownership & Accountability on open cases that you are working with clients Provide timely and accurate resolution to avoid rework Maintain Quality and Productivity benchmarks Adhere to schedules Login beyond scheduled hours to support business during peak volume days/months Be Flexible for Adhoc trainings on regulatory and operational changes as needed ##LI-DNI

Excellent written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with data entry and computer systems. Familiarity with financial concepts and products (depending on the specific role). Problem-solving skills and patience. Customer-centric approach.
