Job Summary: Dying for a great job? Join our scream team as a Fright Fest Attraction/Zone lead and enjoy the scariest job this side of the grave. You’ll enjoy an endless supply of fresh brains, plus other amazing perks that are to die for! This is a seasonal role that oversees haunted houses, attractions, and scare zones throughout Fright Fest. This role begins in Mid-September and runs through the end of October.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain overall attraction and zone cleanliness in a safe and efficient mannerClearly communicate general information and direction to Team Members and guestsAssist Team Members and guests in problem solvingEnsure water coolers are full throughout the shiftHelp team to maintain top quality scares and performancesEnsure all aspects of attraction or zone is prepped and in operational order for each day and performerAssist in training new Team Members on operating proceduresComplete reports, maintenance reports, and training records as necessaryEnsure that all employees adhere to set schedules, including clocking in/out for shifts and breaksKeep attraction or zone safe from trip hazardsCommunicate utilizing radios

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age Must be available Saturdays from at least 4pm to park closeMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Must maintain a positive attitude and working environmentMust be able to cooperate well with other management staffMust be able to comply with Six Flags policies, including all safety and leadership standardsMust be able to handle stress and have the ability to prioritizeMust be willing to give disciplinary action when neededMust be able to troubleshoot problems and identify solutionsMust have strong work ethic and communication skillsMust be able to handle confidential informationMust be self-sufficientMust be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditionsMust be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitudeMust have strong leadership skills and the ability to work with others
