Key job responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate tax audits and litigations, in particular in France (including preparing deliverables, meetings with tax authorities, etc).
- Assist with managing relationships with outside tax consultants and regulatory authorities on an ongoing basis
- Partner with multiple stakeholders across the company to lead tax input on the launch of new business initiatives and provide ongoing tax support for queries
- Own corporate tax input on projects to deliver detailed tax analysis and recommendations
- Communicate complex tax concepts in ways that are meaningful and useful to non-tax professionals
- Engage regularly with business partners to ensure understanding and continued compliance with the group´s European business structure
- Assess how existing and upcoming tax laws and regulations will impact the Amazon businesses
