End User Services (EUS) Specialist

Paris – Onsite 100%

We are seeking an End User Services (EUS) Specialist to provide high-quality, hands-on IT support to our employees. In this role, you’ll manage the lifecycle of end-user devices, resolve incidents and service requests, and ensure seamless day-to-day technology operations. This is a user-facing, onsite position requiring strong technical expertise and excellent customer service.

 

The Role:

Provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Manage hardware lifecycle (procurement, provisioning, upgrades, secure disposal). Deliver high-touch support for VIP users and operate onsite Tech Bars. Troubleshoot and support Microsoft 365, collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex), and endpoint security. Respond to incidents, service requests, and escalations, including critical issues. Contribute to automation, service improvements, and knowledgebase updates. Support onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and access management.

 

What you will bring:

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in End User Computing, Desktop Support, or IT Helpdesk. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/SCCM. Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar). Understanding of ITIL processes and strong troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills with a user-focused mindset.

 

Preferred qualification:

ITIL Foundation Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate CompTIA A+ / Network+ PowerShell/Python scripting knowledge a plus
