Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative with the Direct Investing team, you will have the opportunity to provide clients with professional, efficient, and knowledgeable service over the phone or through electronic communications. Responsibilities
+ Respond to clients’ needs and proactively uncover opportunities to match customer needs through effective communication.
+ Uphold a professional image at all times.
+ Actively promote the capabilities of the Direct Investing website and mobile services, identifying self-service opportunities for clients.
+ Provide accurate, responsive, and professional service to clients via telephone or electronic means.
+ Understand and apply industry rules and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures to all activities.
+ Accurately execute client instructions within defined authorities.
+ Collaborate with other partners to support and assist with account openings.
+ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts ranging between Monday - Friday 7am - 8pm EST, Saturday 9am - 6pm.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in customer service, call center, or financial sector.
+ Fluent in English and French (bilingual).
+ Knowledge of investments, including RSP, TFSA, ETF, mutual funds, stocks, and bonds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Prior completion and maintenance of standing with the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or CFA level 1 is preferred.
+ Familiarity with Conduct Practices Handbook (CPH) & Derivative Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL).

Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing work from home and/or at the contact center. Training is virtual for 12 weeks, with interactive workshops and hands-on practice. Must be available Monday-Saturday 7am-8pm EST. Enjoy free parking in Mississauga and Winnipeg, and subsidized parking/transit in Montreal.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
