Job Description
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused team member to support our Wholesale, Retail, and Freight Only operations. This role helps ensure accurate paperwork, smooth delivery processes, and strong communication with drivers and carriers.
Key Responsibilities:Process and manage complex paperwork requests, including Bills of Lading and Delivery Tickets.Ensure drivers and third‑party carriers complete delivery confirmations accurately and on time.Communicate regularly with drivers and carriers (phone, text, email) to maintain strong data‑entry compliance.Provide application support and basic troubleshooting; escalate technical issues when needed.Support system updates, application improvements, and related initiatives.Identify trends in paperwork or data‑entry errors and provide coaching to users.Prepare reports on driver and carrier performance and entry accuracy.Use available reports to troubleshoot issues and complete tasks.Review entries for accuracy and completeness.Assist with ad‑hoc order entry into internal systems, ensuring precise data.Participate in stretch assignments as needed.Model and support company values while delivering excellent service.Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Business or Supply Chain preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics.Preferred Knowledge & Experience:Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Teams and Excel.Ability to learn and understand systems quickly.Strong problem‑solving skills supporting business operations.Familiarity with fuel and trucking industry terminology.Experience with Bills of Lading and general logistics processes.Tableau experience is a plus.Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
