Process freight invoices and credits from vendors (mail, email, or vendor portal)Review cost transactions timely, identify chargeability to customers and post to customer contract, as applicableProcess freight purchase order and submit transaction to AP for payment processingEnsure proper approvals for non-rechargeable transactions and creditsReconciliation freight transactions upon delivery / final pricing or requestsVerify freight charge, process Change Order, resolve freight discrepancies and disputes
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
High school diploma/GED or equivalent years of work experience1-2 years of relevant work experienceAdvanced PC literacy in a Microsoft environment or ERP systemPay close attention to detail, prioritize and respond with sense of urgencyFind out more and apply now.
