Job Purpose/About the Role
 
We are seeking highly motivated and self-driven Freelance Recruitment Agents based in D-A-CH to join our talent network.
This is a fully commission-based opportunity, ideally suited for professionals who are willing to function as entrepreneurs and build their own business within the recruitment industry.
 
As a freelance agent, you will have the freedom to work independently, while benefiting from our support structure and brand credibility.
 
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract high-quality candidates through proactive outreach, job boards, and your personal network. Conduct initial screening and candidate assessments. Coordinate interview processes between candidates and clients. Maintain strong candidate and client communication throughout the recruitment cycle. Collaborate with the central recruitment team to understand client needs and deliver best-fit talent. Ensure compliance with data privacy (e.g., GDPR) and ethical recruiting practices. Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting (agency or in-house). Strong understanding of the German labor market and employment trends. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Entrepreneurial mindset – willingness to build your own business as a freelance agent under a commission-based model. Access to own sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, database, etc.) is a plus. Results-oriented and self-motivated professional with a proactive attitude. What we offer:
