Freelance Stylist Location: Pittsburgh, PA Type: Freelance / Project-based Department: Visual Merchandising & Styling About the Role We're looking for a passionate and experienced Freelance Stylist to bring the brand vision to life through creative, thoughtful, and brand-right styling in our Lab Stores. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate closely with visual merchandisers, marketing, and store teams to shape the in-store customer experience. Key Responsibilities + Style mannequins, bust forms, and product displays that align with brand directives. + Partner with internal teams to ensure seasonal trends and new arrivals are styled in an engaging, brand-right way. + Execute styling updates during floorsets, product launches, and marketing campaigns. + Support in-store styling needs for special events, testing new visual strategies, and visual walk-throughs. + Maintain an organized styling area and ensure tools, supplies, and forms are kept in excellent condition. + Take direction from styling leads and store leadership to meet visual and merchandising deadlines. Qualifications + 5+ years of experience in fashion styling, visual merchandising, or related roles in retail or corporate environments. + Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Styling, or a related field (preferred but not required). + Strong sense of fashion trends, body proportions, fit, and color coordination. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Strong communication and collaboration skills. + Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Mac), Google Workspace, and comfortable using digital tools to support styling tasks. + Must be able to lift bustforms and climb ladders as part of styling execution.
