Essential Requirements:

Drive projects from conception to completionWrite core communications materials (press releases, backgrounders, key messages, FAQs, digital content and internal communications piecesOversee monitoring for account teams as neededWork with Syneos Health shared services as needWork with team to develop client presentations, including writing tacticsWork with team and on new business pitches; organize research, develop insights, develop creative briefs, brainstorm, write up tacticsManage timelines/deadlines; create project trackers/track deliverablesOrganize team membersManage budgeting, forecasting (or be ready to learn)Keep clients informedClearly communicate POV to clients – both writtenOrganize eventsProvide clear direction to/work with creative studiosIdentify opportunities to bring in issues and corporate practices

Desired Requirements:

Experience in preferably in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry, and a bachelor's degreeAble to juggle/prioritize multiple prioritiesAbility to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun and supportive) environmentMust have strong attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including experience with client communicationMust be high energy, enthusiastic and have a passion for healthcare Experience with Cision, Factiva, PowerPoint, Excel, billing systems

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $95-$120.00, but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
