This is an ongoing, part-time position requiring approximately 10+ hours per week, with a flexible schedule during EST business hours.Responsibilities: Proofread a wide range of content, including: Digital copy (emails, website content, social media) Marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, promotional materials) Technical files (reports, manuals, industry documents) Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors. Ensure accuracy of facts, figures, and terminology across documents. Apply style guidelines and maintain consistency in brand voice. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to resolve discrepancies. Provide feedback to improve content clarity and effectiveness. Qualifications: 5+ years of professional proofreading experience (regulated industry experience strongly preferred: pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare, legal, or finance). Exceptional attention to detail with mastery of English grammar and syntax. Experience proofreading technical, marketing, and digital content. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines independently. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Must use own equipment and be comfortable working fully remote.
