EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor in Bremen and surrounding area, Germany.

In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site audits and providing consulting to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard audits at client sites

Providing consulting to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices

Maintaining strong client relationships

We are looking for candidates who:

Are fluent in German and English

Have proven food safety auditing experience, such as in food retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores, or gas stations

Hold food safety qualifications, such as HACCP or ISO 22000

Are able to efficiently cover the defined territory

Hold a valid driving license and have their own car

Have a passion for coaching and teaching in food-related settings

Are comfortable working independently

Availability:

Long-term availability for recurring audits

Ability to support quarterly audits and re-audits
