Freelance Co-Op Analyst

Saatchi & Saatchi currently maintains a hybrid work policy to work in-office three days per week and remotely the other two days each week. Overview Saatchi & Saatchi is currently seeking a full-time Freelance Co-Op Analyst for a temporary assignment through early September. Please note the end date is subject to change. Responsibilities Each Team member manages the reporting and reconciliation of all Co-op claims submitted to TMNA for their respective TDA Clients regions. They must provide scripts, tear-sheets, and all proof of performance for each Co-op Budget as well as invoice copies for all Print & Digital Advertising Reconciliations must be submitted to the Co-op Administrator within the strict deadlines mandated by TMNA Other duties as assigned Qualifications 2 years’ related experience Minimum - basic excel skills a must Excellent communication & writing skills Strong Analytical abilities Ability to work independently and with other team members as needed Running system Reports from Media Ocean (OX) for Media Spend eligible for Co-op Reimbursement to the TDA Providing Proof of Performance to TMNA’s Co-op Administrator Ansira for all Co-op audit Requests Following up on any issues related to the Co-op program Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
