At TEKsystems we are working with a local organization currently seeking a Fraud Risk Manager to join their Business Services Division team. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert on risk and fraud. This position leads efforts to identify, assess, mitigate, and manage risks for Business Services, including fraud-related and compliance risks and controls for commercial online banking, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services solutions. Key Responsibilities: + Collaborate with front-office and back-office business units to develop and implement risk management strategies, training/education, policies, and procedures. + Protect the organization from financial loss, reputational harm, and regulatory non-compliance while minimizing customer losses. + Manage a team of Fraud Specialists and a Compliance Officer. + Work with cross-functional stakeholders to address fraud prevention and risk management. Required Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in risk management, criminal justice, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. + Industry-related certification(s) such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified AML & Fraud Professional (CAFP), or Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP). + Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in fraud risk management or equivalent experience in compliance, fraud, and BSA/AML. + MUST be located in Hawai'i and be able to work 5 days per week on site.
