Fraud Representative (Customer Service) (CCO101)

As a Customer Service Fraud Representative, your focus is handling various functions associated with fraud and abuse. You’ll answer calls from both customers and non-customers as well as manual review calls.It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

Investigating and resolving customer issues Employing tools that detect and disrupt fraud schemesEvaluating and processing identity theft and customer validation claimsWorking on a wide variety of investigations

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

Experience: Fraud or customer service: 1 year, Resolving difficult customer issues: 1 yearEducation: High school diploma or GEDTechnical Skills: Knowledge of cable/telecom operations, detection and analysis, and laws/regulations related to fraud and risk managementSkills: Excellent written and verbal communicationSchedule: Some travel required

Preferred Qualifications

General knowledge of Fraud operations, policies, and proceduresAbility to work independently while supporting a team environmentEffective organization and time management when multitasking
