Fraud and Payments Executive

Are you detail-driven, risk-aware, and passionate about protecting customers and company assets? Join our Fraud & Payments team as a Fraud and Payments Executive, where you'll play a key role in safeguarding revenue and delivering best-in-class fraud prevention.

What You’ll Do:

Monitor new and existing accounts for fraud alerts and escalate concerns appropriatelyConduct due diligence on customer card and personal detail changesApprove manual payments (CHAPS & Transfers) and screen omnichannel transactionsReview and process chargebacks, highlighting any anomaliesManage duplicate accounts and ensure compliance with terms and conditionsScreen and approve Credit/Debit Card and E-Wallet withdrawalsInvestigate missing payment queries and escalate non-user errorsRespond to customer emails and close accounts within SLA guidelinesValidate customers by collecting KYC documents in line with proceduresReview linked accounts, whitelist devices, and monitor Iovation alertsPerform VIP account checks and support the customer contact centre when neededUphold our commitment to protecting young and vulnerable individuals through responsible gambling practices

QualificationsExperience within a customer service environment and/or fraud analysisRelevant experience within an online environment either with an operator or payments company or other relevant companyExperience working to strict fraud prevention-related goals and objectivesExperience working with other operational departmentsBasic Microsoft OfficeRelevant qualifications would be a distinct advantage
