How will you make an impact in this role?

The suspect Fraud team investigates claims that present certain characteristics that deem the claim either suspicious or High risk. Are you an analytical thinker? Do you like to investigate? If you answered “Yes” to these questions this job might be for you.

Suspect Fraud Analysts are required to effectively research and resolve complex claims by leveraging relationships across multiple areas of the business including but not limited to: Corporate Security, FRM, Compliance and Credit.

*This is a Hybrid role with a Monday to Friday shift.

Minimum Qualifications

Past experience in fraud environment in financial services industry A strong ability to make sound business decisions and analyze complex card member issues and claim details.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to articulate and deliver difficult messages.Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills – able to build a strong network across teams.Strong sense and display of urgency whilst also knowing when to escalate.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on case resolution.
