about this team
The Franchise team is expanding our business beyond our vertical channels. We work with select franchise partners in select markets, to bring lululemon stores, ecom and product to new collectives.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
This role is the bridge between lululemon digital teams and franchise partners, supporting partners driving their digital channels, within lululemon strategies and guidelines.
Train partners on lululemon ecom site, digital marketing and CRM standards and practices, and holds them accountable to guidelines Lead franchise influencer and affiliates program, by partnering with each franchise partner to translate and localise our programs for their markets Develop process to link partners’ digital marketing requirements into lululemon approvalsLink lululemon media plans into franchise and share relevant briefs/assetsManage partnership between omni teams to share relevant omni programsQualifications, skills & experience
